editWelcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in China, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Remsense诉 16:53, 11 March 2024 (UTC)
Longford Parish Council moved to draftspace
editThanks for your contributions to Longford Parish Council. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has no sources. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Waqar💬 18:32, 2 July 2024 (UTC)
- If I add sources, will you move it back to the mainspace? Diegg24 (talk) 18:47, 2 July 2024 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for August 12
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Sir Thomas Rich's School, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Barton Street. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Wikipedia and copyright
editHello Diegg24! Your additions to Alney Island have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, it's important to understand and adhere to guidelines about using information from sources to prevent copyright and plagiarism issues. Here are the key points:
- Limited quotation: You may only copy or translate a small portion of a source. Any direct quotations must be enclosed in double quotation marks (") and properly cited using an inline citation. More information is available on the non-free content page. To learn how to cite a source, see Help:Referencing for beginners.
- Paraphrasing: Beyond limited quotations, you are required to put all information in your own words. Following the source's wording too closely can lead to copyright issues and is not permitted; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Even when paraphrasing, you must still cite your sources as appropriate.
- Image use guidelines: In most scenarios, only freely licensed or public domain images may be used and these should be uploaded to our sister project, Wikimedia Commons. In some scenarios, non-freely copyrighted content can be used if they meet all ten of our non-free content criteria; Wikipedia:Plain and simple non-free content guide may help with determining a file's eligibility.
- Copyrighted material donation: If you hold the copyright to the content you want to copy, or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license the text for publication here. Please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
- Copying and translation within Wikipedia: Wikipedia articles can be copied or translated, however they must have proper attribution in accordance with Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. For translation, see Help:Translation § License requirements.
It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices. Persistent failure to comply may result in being blocked from editing. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please ask them here on this page, or leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. Nomination of William John Veale for deletion
editThe article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/William John Veale until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article until the discussion has finished.Links to draft articles
editPlease do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to United States Electoral College. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. These links have been removed. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 21:29, 12 October 2024 (UTC)

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia. FireflyBot (talk) 18:06, 31 December 2024 (UTC)
Hello Diegg24, in the above AfD, you called for User:Keyofz (who joined in 2007) to be blocked for creating an article previously created by a blocked user CarmenEsparzaAmoux (joined in 2021), a sockpuppet of Jpesch95 (who joined in 2015). However, the article may be notable under WP:GNG and so it is not an offense to create such an article. Please avoid calling for users to be blocked in this way. 2027 in politics moved to draftspace
editThanks for your contributions to 2027 in politics. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it is still too far in the future. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit for review" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Chaotic Enby (talk · contribs) 11:14, 1 January 2025 (UTC)
- @Chaotic Enby When can it be moved back? Late 2025/Early 2026? Also, there are 4 other '2027 in x' articles, will those be moved to the draftspace? Diegg24 (talk) 13:26, 1 January 2025 (UTC)
- Looking at other "year in politics" articles, 2025 in politics was created on 31 December 2024, 2024 in politics and 2023 in politics were created on 1 January of their respective years, 2022 in politics was created on 28 January 2022, and 2021 in politics was created on 24 October 2020. So, waiting until around late 2026 would be the most reasonable. Chaotic Enby (talk · contribs) 15:14, 1 January 2025 (UTC)
- What about the other 2027 articles? Diegg24 (talk) 15:44, 1 January 2025 (UTC)
