Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of awards and nominations received by Christina Aguilera, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Beautiful (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver).   Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Premio Lo Nuestro 2020 into Premio Lo Nuestro 2021. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. Proposed deletion of 2022 Gold Derby Music Awards

edit

The article 2022 Gold Derby Music Awards has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No evidence for notability due to lack of coverage in reliable sources; the lack of RSs has always been an issue for Gold Derby ceremonies, so the issue is unlikely to resolve itself.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. List of awards and nominations received by Alejandro Sanz moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, List of awards and nominations received by Alejandro Sanz, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. -MPGuy2824 (talk) 08:30, 25 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

Please don't remove content with no explanation

edit

I don't know why you thank me for my edits and then replace content that I added to an article I created. There was no reason for you to remove my quoting of the Gigwise review here and I don't know why you did it. If it was a mistake, then be more careful in future. If you intended to do so, you've been reverted. Do not replace/remove content without an explanation in future. Also, this is the third time now—I understand you're Italian, but your grammar also needs some work. You keep writing "[writer's name] by [publication name]", which makes no sense. It should be "[writer] of [publication]". Thank you. Ss112 16:01, 19 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

I'm sorry but, what did I do wrong to get blocked? For the dates I've already been told but honestly there are multiple entries with so many different writings of the date. I'm one of the few users who write the date in words, so many don't even edit them. Why should I be blocked and the rest of user not?BeyPolite (talk) 11:00, 13 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hello. Since you're familiar with the language, I wanted to ask you about Materia (Terra). What is the most accurate English equivalent for the word "Terra"? Does 'Terra' in Italian refer to 'Earth', 'Land' or 'Ground'? Bionic (talk) 17:38, 23 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in FYS (Chlöe song), disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Jessicapierce (talk) 17:12, 29 March 2024 (UTC)Reply

DYK for Hiss (song)

edit

On 6 April 2024, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Hiss (song), which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Nicki Minaj reacted to Megan Thee Stallion's "Hiss" with a 3,100-character Twitter diatribe and a diss track? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Hiss (song). You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Hiss (song)), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Incorrect usage of {{Certification Table Bottom}}

edit

I had to correct three of your edits in a row (1, 2, 3) so I thought I'll leave you a message. The footnotes on the bottom of the certification table, specified by {{Certification Table Bottom}}, must match the ones actually being used in the table itself. If you need help, I'd be happy to assist. Please {{ping}} me or leave a message at my talk page. --Muhandes (talk) 10:18, 4 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hi BeyPolite. Please don't ignore my request. You have done the same mistake on In Italia (song) and I keep needing to correct it. I extend my offer for help again. Muhandes (talk) 20:12, 8 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
Sorry I thought I had corrected that, I'll check now. Do you mean to enter the 'note' concerning the type of certification according to the period in which it was made? BeyPolite (talk) 06:39, 10 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
I am referring to the {{Certification Table Bottom}} line which adds the footnote line at the end of the table. The footnotes created by this line should match the ones which were added automatically to the table by the {{Certification Table Entry}} lines. For example, for In Italia you used the line {{Certification Table Bottom|streaming=true}}. This resulted in adding three footnotes to the table. The correct usage is {{Certification Table Bottom|streaming=true|nosales=true|noshipments=true}} which only adds the streaming footnote which was actually used. Muhandes (talk) 06:51, 10 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
Ok I understand what you mean, I will remember that for future times. Thanks a lot BeyPolite (talk) 07:22, 10 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
Special:Permalink/1260929628 I have to request your cooperation for a third time. Please use {{Certification Table Bottom}} properly. Please don't force me to conclude this is a matter of competence. Muhandes (talk) 11:10, 8 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
Special:Diff/1263997360, Special:Diff/1264086088, Special:Diff/1264086416. This is the fourth time that I have to request that you be more careful with your edits and check that the bottom references match the table. Am I asking too much? Muhandes (talk) 13:02, 20 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

"Feeling"

edit

Hi, I just wanted to thank you for creating Feeling (Elodie and Tiziano Ferro song). I recently created TZN Tour 2023 and did some other cleanup of Tiziano Ferro articles, and an article for this song was my next task! I haven't seen a lot of editors working on Tiziano articles lately, but I see you're interested in Elodie and Elisa. I'm only just learning Italian, so it takes me a little longer to create and edit articles on Italian topics :P Thanks again.— TAnthonyTalk 18:02, 16 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hi @TAnthony, yes in the last year I have been trying to implement the discography of Italian artists on wikipedia.en. If you have suggestions of articles I could create tell me or if you need help in some drafts gladly. I have a B1 in English but I know it enough. Thanks you for your job and your and what you wrote for me BeyPolite (talk) 16:53, 17 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

Non-attributed translations

edit

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you translated text from it:Anche fragile to Anche fragile. While you are welcome to translate Wikipedia content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing requires that you provide attribution to the contributor(s) of the original article. When translating from a foreign-language Wikipedia article, this is supplied at a minimum in an edit summary on the page where you add translated content, identifying it as a translation and linking it to the source page. Sample wording for this is given here. If you forgot, or were not aware of this requirement, attribution must be given retroactively, for example:

NOTE: Content in the edit of 01:25, January 25, 2023 was translated from the existing French Wikipedia article at [[:fr:Exact name of French article]]; see its history for attribution.

Retroactive attribution may be added using a dummy edit; see Repairing insufficient attribution. It is good practice, especially if translation is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{translated page}} template on the talk page of the destination article. If you have added translated content previously which was not attributed at the time it was added, you must add attribution retrospectively, even if it was a long time ago. You can read more about author attribution and the reasons for it at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. Vanderwaalforces (talk) 15:13, 21 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
