This is the last and only warning you will receive for your disruptive edits. You are removing sourced information and adding information that appears to be incorrect. The city of Indore article refers to the city in Madhya Pradesh and not Chattisgarh. Even the city website refers it to Madhya Pradesh. This is disruptive and it is incorrect information. Also, your removal of tags is disruptive because they are for maintenance and not for making an article look bad if that is what your are thinking. Further removal of tags for using poor reasoning, persistent changes to the state where the city it is in as well as removing sourced information may result you in being blocked from editing.
