Malingsia is a sarcastic slang for Malaysians. Originally combined from 2 words "Maling" (Javanese, meaning "thief") and "Malaysia.
But if "Malingsia" split into some words, the word "MAL" means Malaysia, "I" means 'is', 'NG" is a short of 'no good', while "SIA" is derived from '下衰' (SIASUEH, literally 'total failure')'s first three words. The ‘Malingsia’ is an Indonesian word for "Malaysians are the total failure" or "Malaysians are theives", both are attacking Malaysians.
When a person spots this car they yell "Slugbug!", or, "Punch Buggy!" The person who spotted the car then punches the person they're playing the game with.
