What I write about
editI tend to work on entries with food history in them. Editing gives me a chance to use the food history books in my collection to help to improve articles.
I edit Wikipedia because I want to improve it. Isn't it so often the first place people go for knowledge and it really breaks my heart to think that people are seeing information on here that often SO wrong.
I'm usually improving articles on subjects I'm working on for other reasons. And editing topics helps me to consolidate my learning on them AND help others. Double win.
