You will hear and feel many things in this world.

Hate is hate.

When hate surrounds you and captures your heart, it is countered with knowledge and fear, if at all. You will be told many times in this modern world, where the true experience of hate is subdued, and subjected literally to a chosen few, that fear is hate and so, to use others fear as your guide to righteousness...

Hate is hate.

Cradle yourself.

It is in the time without realisation, that hate can cause your fear to slowly cripple you. You fear. It belongs to you. Your ancestors paid for your fear with pain, as for all.

You can never repay that pain.

Stay you.

Bravery with poor timing or ill advice is known as foolishness. If your fear turns to hate, you'll feel brave. Instead, seek to feel strength in the knowledge that you know your fear, and have planted your strength in not allowing it to be turned into hate through the offer of bravery. If you can do that, eventually when you can be brave, your bravery will mean your own strength, rather than the weakness of others.

--

Hate does not embody fear as we often suspect. Hate abuses fear. Hate is the enemy of fear. Fear can confuse and upset you, but ultimately, that's irrational fear, aka, confusion.

Fear is your friend in terms of emotion.

If that sounds sad, you imagine a person sat alone in tears. That's confusion. If it sounds dangerous, you imagine a person twitching uncontrollably. That's confusion.

It is hate who first declares confusion to be a form of fear. A form of weakness, in the course of abuse.

If you've ever had to fear for your life... the words have spoken for themselves.

You can face fear so hard, that you could injure your heart with how hard it beats in your chest. That's a strength. That's why people dive out of aeroplanes and ride rollercoasters. Broken fear is fear in confusion.

--

Finally, some hate must be understood.

Hate should never be dwelled upon. But interpersonal, individual hate, can be understood.

Individual hate is the corner upon which hate becomes believed in by others. If you've been hurt by an individual, or a group of individuals, hate can be understood.

But if you try to draw strength from your hate, rather than putting it in your metaphorical pocket and moving on, you'll draw amusement from that confusion in others who you have supposed, to match up to those you truly have an excuse to hate.

You'll demonise yourself without concern when others confusion becomes amusement, and that is difficult to withdraw from.

--

When hate surrounds you and captures your heart, it may be that the only thing you can do is speak a final word.

Tell it, the fear it abuses is confusion, while real fear is a form of strength.

That is why fear guides hate toward targets.

Hate attacks small strengths, to feed on the resulting weakness.

Such abuse is difficult to reveal without knowledge, even to the self.

Hate fears seeing their hate as wrong.

I believe in the machine. If you yawn, I yawn automatically sometimes. And the same goes for a lot of other emotions and attitudes.

You are a person, and an animal, in control of yourself to a great degree. However, you have an effect on each other in various ways.

For instance, when you share another persons sense of humour, you share a part of their personality.

When one person truly qualifies for anothers hate on a personal level, I believe it has a true effect between them, even if that effect is not immediately apparent, as might be the positive effects of mutual love.

In this way we can see, although hate is not the exact opposite of love, the two situations are significantly opposed.

Better than to pretend there is no hate, by considering it not to be an opposite of love, is to try and find ways not to deeply hate those who we dislike.

There is a strong sentiment behind this belief:

Try not to hate a person if you don't wish them dead in a way you will never hold yourself to question of the severity.

Consequently, when a person injures you or those you love in a purposeful, lasting way, that true hate is natural in every way, remember, they are poisoning their own personality. Also remember this when you choose to follow anothers hate. Awareness will often stand to your needs.

Remember when you decide to step outside the line and reason, to commit an act which may evoke a valid form of hate in return, even after your preparation to forgive yourself, you may not feel an obvious hurt. You may reason to find some comfort in the action as a necessity. But you will damage something which is part of the machine.

--

So these are most of my significant takes over the years on a controversial subject which is always a valid topic of understanding in an arena of interaction where antipathy is often part of the parcel.

If you must hate for those, when you couldn't really forgive yourself if you wished them dead, such is hatred, without taking leave of other parts of your personality, do so in short bursts, in a way you control and can get over, with awareness of what the situation is within your self, as well as without.

Understand these provocations, towards hatred without true injury, to be angers.

Don't allow a careful attitude to be a weakness you use to convince yourself, to be drawn to those you cannot accept, as you experiment with tolerance, without understanding what sort of a risky proposition it is to bond with a personality you do not like.

But be aware of the machine. Such understanding is part of the reason you have a mind. To mind yourself... the words speak for themselves. Do not take leave of your natural senses entirely, but try to understand when you might be overdrawn with them sometimes, in confusion without awareness.
