You have an aura.
It is not a reflection of your eternal soul. It is not magic. It's is not material.
You aura is part of your mind, and your imagination.
It doesn't have a real colour or describable shape. It cannot be directly looked at or used in any practical way. Some people make their lifes work telling you, that you can and should control something like your aura, and get something extraspecial from it.
No. You should control it a little perhaps, but only that it fits about you, strong and comfortable.
Physically, the human is one of the apes.
A chimp does not reject the idea of its aura once it imagines one. It does not twitch its head and think, hmm, wonder if I can rattle an eternal soul out of this thing. The chimp doesn't feel its aura and wonder who the gods are around here, and how best to seek to talk to them... It does not use its aura to play games. It does not occur to the chimp, "Could I use my aura to telephone Peru, or dead people, or Jupiter?" This is not what your aura is about, and to save me writing a whole book to explain why I can just say, it is better to consider you aura a thing which is about and on you, representing how your body feels, in a close, material sense.
Your aura is a thing in your mind which represents how the automatically running parts of your body are running. You can think of it as a sort of gaseous form which centers around your chest and body, moving and changing in response to the movements of your body and mind.
You can think of it and ignore it but your imagination will still be there and will still be part of the animal which you are.
You want it to feel strong and comfortable. You don't need to look directly at it, trying to focus your energy like a lense. But if you can be aware your aura is there in your mind, and try to have it strong and comfortable, it will have a positive effect on your well being.
How is some whacko health advice relate to building an online encyclopaedia? Well, if you make Wikipedia your hobby, like a computer game or an office job, it's a solitary, seated task. You've got to get up and move around occasionally for the sake of your muscles and your circulation. Your aura can be thought of as part of your circulation.
