Ceramicule
A ceramicule is a new type of inorganic complex of metal and oxygen atoms organized into stable nano-clusters as small as 3 nm.[1][2][3] As shown in the references, colloidal ceria is a proven example. In this case the complex are stabilized by organic molecules at the surface.
The term comes from ceramic and molecule, more commonly associated with organic compounds.
