Ruling party is a recent new user whose narrow area of interest is Laos, North Korea and Communist governments. I recently removed a paragraph from a WP:BLP asserting that the subject, Sisay Leudetmounsone (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views), has been a member of the Central Committee since the 8th term, 2006, which is based on a leaked diplomatic cable on Wikileaks. Ruling party has repeatedly reintroduced this, calling my removal "bad faith" and "vandalism". Apparently I must "learn Laotian and find the source" despite my pointing out WP:ONUS.

So far, so routine.

However, I note this is not the first time this has happened. For example, [1]: Revert you're moves of National Assemblies of Serbia... Why do you think the Serbian WP titles them 8th National Assembly of Serbia, 9th el cetra? Because its their official names [1]. Stop vandalising WP. YOu know very little of you're doing! to Number 57. Ruling party does show the ability to understand when they are in the wrong ([2]), but I think there is an issue with WP:OWNership here.
