Quinlan followed "Knishes" up with ‘’SPOKE: A Short Film About NYC Bikes’’ that was partially filmed on Google Glass and screened at the Williamsburg International Film Festival.

In addition to her work as director, Quinlan also served as producer for the documentary "For the Love of their Brother" which aired on PBS, production manager for "American River" which premiered at the Montclair Film Festival and aired on WNET, and worked in Locations for Woody Allen's Café Society and A Rainy Day in New York; FX's The Americans; HBO's Paterno; and CBS's FBI: Most Wanted.

Quinlan began her career as an Acquisitions Editor for Sterling Publishing, and her first book, Plagues, Pandemics & Viruses: From the Plague of Athens to Covid-19, for Visible Ink Press was named named 2021 Outstanding Reference Source by the American Library Association.
