Nellie Ellen Harvey (18 September 1865 - 14 March 1949) was a Scottish painter.[1][2]

Life

Her father was William Harvey (1807 - 17 April 1883) from Stirling, a master watchmaker, the brother of the artist Sir George Harvey.

Her mother was Euphemia Blackadder (1824 - 19 May 1917) from Stirling. William and Euphemia married on 5 June 1850 in Glasgow.

Ellen Harvey was born in 18 September 1865 in Stirling.

Death

She died on 14 March 1949 at 11:25 am at 11 Muirhall Road in Perth. Her usual address was Gowan Brae, Upper Bridge Street in Stirling. The death certificate states she died of senile decay and cardiovascular degeneration.
