Rosalie Campbell (7 May 1883 - 23 February 1955) was a Scottish painter.[1]
Life
editHer father was John Campbell (born c. 1852), a coppersmith and brassfounder from Glasgow.
Her mother was Theresa Dumay McEwan (born c. 1849). John and Theresa married in Glasgow in 1872.
Rosalie Delaquis Campbell was born on 7 May 1883 at Lorne Cottage, 49 St. Andrew's Drive, Pollokshields, Glasgow.
She married William Gray (22 September 1882 - 16 October 1958), a baker from Pollokshields. They married on 24 April 1915 in Glasgow at Maxwell Parish Church.
