User:Jimmy Slade (his contrib log) is disrupting the Wikipedia:WikiProject New York City Public Transportation.
1-Jimmy Slade continually adding {{NYC-transport-stub}} to articles even when he has been asked not to.

South Ferry Confusion over stub (dialogue beginning Nov 18) where user clearly stated his misunderstanding on what a stub is: [2]
Still adding Stub tags (Dec 2) Queensboro Plaza. Remove by User:Me Three (Dec 3) with an explanation/edit summary, then Jimmy Slade re-added it on Dec 4 [3] without an edit summary or explanation. The stub tag was removed [4] and a note left on his talk page [5], but two minutes later he put the tag back [6] without an acknowledgement of the removal or an edit summary.
