Proposed decluttering
editSimilar to Template_talk:Colocationwebhost, I would like to collapse the text on appealing, as it is almost never successful. In the sandbox, I've proposed a revamp (see diff and proposed new version). Absent objection, I plan to implement this change in the next few days.
