Should the linked phrase [[Germanic paganism|Historical Germanic religion]]
appear immediately below the image in the template (as it is now)? The same issue arises at Template:Slavic Native Faith. –Srnec (talk) 19:56, 7 April 2019 (UTC)
- Please help us out. What is the issue here, for those who are not experts in heathenry and paganism? Jzsj (talk) 04:47, 8 April 2019 (UTC)
- Another editor has removed the link with this rationale in the edit summary: "Readers can only be expected to see this as meaning that this template refers to historical Germanic paganism, which it does not". I agree. Srnec (talk) 00:07, 9 April 2019 (UTC)
- Modern Paganism is an appropriate link. Joshua Jonathan -Let's talk! 04:20, 9 April 2019 (UTC)
- I also agree this should be referred to as Modern Paganism. Historical Germanic religion presumes there was a single approach accepted in some time in the past, yet this is vague and not exactly what the picture depicts. --- FULBERT (talk) 00:21, 26 April 2019 (UTC)
- Seems pretty clear it should be Modern Paganism, since the top of the Heathenry article says "This article is about the modern Pagan new religious movement." BubbaJoe123456 (talk) 13:07, 2 May 2019 (UTC)
