Steffi's win of the 1984 Olympic exhibition tournament generally is not included in her tournament win tally. So it's 107 tournament wins without that 1984 win. She won her 107 titles between 1986 and 1999.
Opponent Order
editIn the grand slam finals table when clicking to sort opponent order Monica Seles finals representing Yugoslavia and USA are at other ends of the table. Also Helena Suková 2 final appearances are separate by Jana Novotná. Why is this?Perfectamundo (talk) 22:37, 5 February 2015 (UTC)
- Not a lot can be done there. What it's doing is ordering in alphabetical order but using flag first. Seles changed countries as did Sukova. The only way around it is to have a separate column for flags. Fyunck(click) (talk) 23:05, 5 February 2015 (UTC)
Table of Results of Each Year
editWhy does this table label Canada and other major events as "Not Tier 1" and not show the results for those from before 1990? The pages on Women's Tennis from before 1990, clearly show that the Virginia Slims circuit had Categories for all tournaments and that each year a certain number of those were Level 6 or Level 5, which combined would be considered the Top Level. In 1988, there were 8 Level 5 events and just one - the Miami Masters (Lipton) - as Level 6. The table shows the German Open as being level 6 as well which is not what the 1988 Women's tennis page shows.
- Very peculiar indeed. 1987 Miami was the highest level (4) yet it's not listed. It should be. Their were 9 events in 87 and all of them should be listed on Grafs charts. Fyunck(click) (talk) 06:50, 31 March 2019 (UTC)
Virginia Wade
editShe beat former world number 2 Wade in 1985, but their head to head is not listed. Jorgebox4 (talk) 22:15, 9 May 2024 (UTC)
