Snail Anatomy?

edit

This page lacks a proper discussion of snail anatomy. There are brief descriptions in the Overview section, but many aspects of snail anatomy and physiology are missing. No mention of eyestalks, foot, mantle, and many other things. 021120x (talk) 20:42, 24 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

Poor citation for Mayan symbology?

edit

I was curious about the snail being seen as a symbol for sexual desire and a personification of the god Uayeb (added in this edit by a now-banned user), so I searched for more about it. I couldn't find much at all. When I searched the book cited (the citation does not include a page number), searches for 'snail', 'Uayeb', 'sexual' or 'desire' turned up nothing similar to the symbolic suggestion here. Maybe I'm missing something. Does anyone have a better/more precise citation or even know if the information is correct? Wolfsubzero (talk) 09:53, 28 November 2024 (UTC)Reply
