My name is Stuart Gray
ex Thorne Boys School
Form 1H
I have admired your work over the last 40ish years. I have to tell you I was a pupil of yours at Thorne boys school and always wandered if you stayed in the region. You was the very first person I spoke to on the telephone as not many had a telephone in Moorends. In fact I don't think I said much as I was a little overwhelmed. I had a great time doing the activities you devised and I hope some of your humour rubbed off on me. I can be reached via [email protected] If you wish to.
All the best

It seems a little odd that the 'See also' section relates entirely to Keeping Up Appearances, as it is probably not Roy Clarke's best known work. Should articles relating to Last of the Summer Wine and Open All Hours be here as well or should the section be scrapped? Dunarc (talk) 18:39, 10 July 2017 (UTC)Reply
