NSW found McKenzie's 60 Minutes report defamatory
editWhy is this not mentioned anywhere? https://www.nytimes.com/2023/12/01/business/peter-schiff-defamation-settlement-nine.html Reading the article you'd think McKenzie is an exceptional journalist yet the Supreme Court of NSW found his report defamatory. At the very least this should be mentioned here. 115.70.36.116 (talk) 12:05, 21 September 2024 (UTC)

- The page includes other civil trials where the decision was favourable to McKenzie. Why not include trials where he lost? This was a NSW Supreme court decision. The defendants admitted to defamation in the settlement in addition to the judge's ruling. 115.70.36.116 (talk) 11:05, 24 September 2024 (UTC)
