LTA is an acronym for Long Term Abuse. I referred to an IP editor who has his own ideas on transliteration of Cyrillic alphabet (using diacritics) and pushes them against consensus. You did not ptovide a diff, but if I indeed reverted your edit saying LTA it must be a mistake, I will be happy to apologize and revert my edit. In this case, I probably meant to do smth else.
