Power Trip festival performance part of the tour?
editThe following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on the appropriate discussion page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.
There's only been one moment where the band's performance was included in the tour date table, and was removed shortly after, which was called "not part of the tour". So without any edit warring over its inclusion or not, I would like to open a discussion. Do you feel that it is part of the tour?

- Keep. It is true that this performance breaks the "Two nights - no repeats" theme of the tour. However, Metallica's official website has included it in different sites as part of the M72 World Tour: at the announcement ("We’re psyched to add this to the M72 tour calendar (...)"), in the upcoming tour dates, and in the specific show's webpage. Therefore, I don't see why we shouldn't do it. Jocafus (talk) 15:52, 18 August 2023 (UTC)
- Keep – As Jocafus said, it does break the theme of the tour. But I don't see other sources (e.g. Rolling Stone, NME or Billboard) say that Metallica added it to the M72 World Tour calendar, so I don't see why we shouldn't really add it. Unless there are some reliable sources that say that this was part of the tour, maybe add it there. — VAUGHAN J. (TALK) 22:30, 18 August 2023 (UTC)
- Keep Even merch available at the shows happening this month seems to include the show now, which was unexpected in my opinion, and combined with the band’s website specifically saying it is part of the tour, it seems to be a proper tour date now. - Keep per Jocafus. HorrorLover555 (talk) 20:33, 19 August 2023 (UTC)
- Keep. It says on the Metallica official site, that the date is part of the M72 World Tour. Iron.secrets (talk) 21:34, 24 August 2023 (UTC)
