The entry for An Rong Xu recently added is not well sourced. There is no Wikipedia page for Xu, the sources seem to be a pointer to article which has a photo bylined by Xu, and to a page of his photographs. However a little searching persuades me that Xu might be a notable Chinese-American worthy of a Wikipedia page. So maybe, instead of flagging that entry, somebody can work on creating such a page? @Castncoot: would this be something you would work on? M.boli (talk) 21:45, 27 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
Actually, if one looks carefully (deep) within the non-New York Times source cited, there is an indication of Xu being Chinese American. The New York Times source quotes Xu as the photographer, which in itself lends an element of notability. I believe Xu is highly notable for photography work as a Chinese American, and I agree with you that it is a shame that there is not yet a separate Wikipedia article for Xu. Unfortunately, I do not have the time to put a notable article together yet at the moment. But if someone could just start a stub article for now, that would be helpful.
