According to the map linked to on Brando's page, Jurmo is part of Åland. Also, my family emigrated from there to America, and I have visited ... I can assure it is part of Åland and not just the archipelago.

I have been going to Jurmo on and off for about six years with my girlfriend who is from one of the island's "Four families". The Jurmo on the Brando map looks nothing like the Jurmo I know about. The Jurmo in the photographs, as I understand, is definitely NOT part of Åland. Have a look at the following link. http://www.fallingrain.com/world/FI/15/Jurmo.html 130.60.28.29 12:48, 11 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Furthermore, the original Finnish page on which this one is based does not mention Brando or Åland at all. Somebody has made a mistake.130.60.28.29 12:53, 11 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Well, apparantly there are two islands named Jurmo...one as part of Brando, mentioned first above, and one at the southern end of the archipelago. What now? Disabmiguation page? Two Jurmo Pages? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.115.221.222 (talk) 06:13, 6 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

The other Jurmo is not particularly notable. I think a disambig page is not required. I added a disambig link to the as yet non-existent Jurmo (Brändö) page. --Chino (talk) 06:18, 7 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
