The London Times ("Imperial and Foreign News Items." Times [London, England] 15 Jan. 1921: 7. The Times Digital Archive. Web. 20 July 2013.) says that Sadi-Lecointe was made a Chevalier of the Legion of Honour rather than the lower grade of Commander mentioned in the article.
