Misleading page
editSo this page is very confusing. The Jefferson County Fire Service is not actually a department. It is a "loose confederation of the 17 independent fire protection districts". I wonder if it makes sense to have this page continue in its current form. --Zackmann08 (Talk to me/What I been doing) 21:27, 26 June 2015 (UTC)

2019 mergers and planned article overhaul
editSo, with this week's news it's clear this article is in need of some TLC, with out-of-date statistics, unclear references, references to long-past events as contemporary, and more.
