Already reverted IP and SPAs attempting to add a lot of information about a lawsuit previously filed and covered in one reliable source full of opinions from both sides. This appears to be an attempt to use Wikipedia to WP:RIGHTGREATWRONGS and WP:NPOV. Despite the warnings, they want to edit war and now make COI accusations because they don't see their preferred version of the page. Told to discuss here but they don't seem to want to start a thread so here we are. To the IP editor, please pick an account to edit from and discuss here. --CNMall41 (talk) 16:46, 3 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
Still not using the talk page and added yet again, this time with a direct accusation that I am Mike Burg. I have asked on the talk page of @JupiterReturn: and will ask the same question here due to them being an SPA and adding the same information. What relation do you have to this page and are you related to Victor G. Borachuk (or actually this person)? If you are that is fine but you will need to discuss the page issues here due to having a COI. Also, if feel I am Mike Burg, please report me to administrators as such. In the meantime, you will still need to discuss your edits here since they are being objected to pursuant to WP:BRD. --CNMall41 (talk) 21:33, 3 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for the suggestion. I will report you. You seem to be a poor example of an editor from what I have seen. It is my understanding that wikipedia aims to be accurate to the truth, and does not promote propaganda. — Preceding unsigned comment added by JupiterReturn (talk • contribs) 00:28, 13 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
The suggestion was to discuss here which you still refuse to do. Please report me if you feel that is the right thing to do. Please keep WP:BOOMERANG in mind when doing so, especially when making accusations of a Wikipedia editor's identity (which is a false accusation by the way). --CNMall41 (talk) 06:17, 13 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Masem and Axem Titanium: Just a quick follow-up on your comments from the AfD regarding the lawsuit. To clarify Masem's concerns about the fate of the suit, and assuage Axem Titanium's concerns about persistence: according to Victor Borachuk (the plaintiff), the trial is set to begin later this month. Whether or not more media coverage will follow is yet to be seen, but hopefully that explains why nothing further currently exists. – Rhain☔14:56, 6 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
While I want to assume good faith, I have a feeling that someone involved with the lawsuit has been the same person pushing for its addition to the page. Hopefully there will be some coverage so we know if it is something worthy of inclusion. --CNMall41 (talk) 00:58, 7 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
I'd argue that it should be included in some way, as it's received some coverage from Variety, but to what extent is unclear. I can't speak for all edits, but there's definitely been some COI attempts in the past... – Rhain☔01:10, 7 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
