Weather

I've removed the Weather section (which only mentioned 2005's Hurricane Wilma) from the article for the following reasons: (1) the center of Hurricane Wilma passed to the north of Deerfield Beach, not directly over the city, and (2) it would really clutter up articles about cities in Florida if we went to each city's article and added a list of all hurricanes that ever affected a city.
