Famous groundbreaking persons at Havilland airplane factory
editI think Alan Cobham should be mentioned as the first pilot who in 1926 flew a "Moth" from UK to Zürich and back in one day just to show that it was possible. I (Donald Axel) normally do not enter text in articles on subjects which I do not know much about, but this is an exception. I watched a documentary on technological progress in the 1920'ies and Alan Cobham was mentioned as a person who not only made this trip to Zürich but (apparently before Chichester) mapped a flight route from UK to India (and later other parts). There is a wikipedia article about Cobham, but I think there should be a link from one of the Havilland Moth-articles. --d-axel (talk) 23:04, 3 May 2013 (UTC)
