- Oppose – CLEC1B (also known as CLEC-1) and CLEC2B (CLEC-2) are two different genes encoding two different proteins with different tissue distributions and functions (see PMID 10671229). I suspect that the link has erroneously listed CLEC2B as a synonym. Since there has been no additional support for this merger in two years, I am taking the merger banners down.
