This article needs a criticism section to avoid it reading like a press release. For example, the Foundation accepts government funding -- some commentators have argued this taints its research. The section headed "successes" is not supported by any references at all, and most importantly it does not show that the ACF was a significant factor in causing the changes or outcomes. These sections are at risk of being challenged or even removed if there is no evidence to back them up.
