Arvanitika is no language it's just a dialect of the albanian language. Maria1718182 (talk) 18:31, 26 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

Being a language doesnt deny being part of the Albanian language group and descending from Albanian. RoyalHeritageAlb (talk) 21:25, 26 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
It isn't a language of its own, then swiss german is also a language when it's a dialect. The standard language is Albanian and Arvanitika is a dialect of this language. Maria1718182 (talk) 08:38, 31 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

  •   Not done – this would require some consensus to be formed first, and I personally am opposed to extending this "related ethnic groups" field to groups that aren't ethnicities at all but merely regional groups. (In general, I'm skeptical about the use of this field as a whole, as explained multiple times on this talkpage.) Fut.Perf. 19:17, 12 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
