Mustafa (Arabic: مصطفى, romanized: Muṣṭafā) is one of the names of the Islamic prophet Muhammad, and the name means "chosen, selected, appointed, preferred", used as an Arabic given name and surname.[1] Mustafa is a common name in the Muslim world.
