Description	From an email I received from Dennis Benarz, "I found the photo at "Debica Portal" back in 2001-2002. I didn't know the significance of it at the time and assumed it was the hanging of some local "bandits", but I kept it because I thought it was unusual for hangings to take in public at the rynek in Debica. The "Debica Portal" has been gone for about ten years now"
