Summary

Description
English: A Bradford-bound metro train rolls down the tracks past a disused connecting line at the old Milnerwood Junction, near Burley station in Yorkshire. Part of the railway is still open, forming what is now known as the Wharfedale Line. It used to connect to Otley via two seperate points in a triangular formation to support both north and south bound locomotives. The place depicted in this image was the northwestern node of Milnerwood. You can find the original high resolution copy of the photograph online in this set of images.
