Summary

Description Knob and tube wiring as recreated at the Manitoba Electrical Museum. Wires run through the wall studs in white porcelain tubes, and are supported along the wall on white porcelain knobs. This wiring method was used up until the 1950s in Canada but is now obsolete and prohibited for concealed wiring.
