While the copyright for the image belongs to the heirs of Alexander Deyneka I believe usage of a low quality reproduction for the critical analysis in the article about the painting's author constitutes a fair use as defined by the USA law. The painting is the most known among the later works of Deyneka (during the Khrushchev Thaw) Alex Bakharev 23:18, 4 August 2007 (UTC)
