In this particular story, Daredevil gave up his costumed identity to become an avenging newspaper publisher. As superheroes began to fall out of fashion towards the end of the 40s, the magazine focused primarily on Daredevil's side-kicks, The Little Wiseguys.
Since this comic book was first published in the U.S. before 1964, the original copyright lasted 27 years from the end of the year of first publication.
