Gaverdovo — a village in the Vyshgorod rural settlement of the Ryazan district of the Ryazan region of Russia.

History

In the "Lists of Populated Places of the Russian Empire" for 1862, the settlement is mentioned as the village of Gaverdova. The name of the settlement is based on the surname of the landowner Gaverdovsky.[1]

Situated on the right bank of the Oka River in the southeast of the Ryazan region, 28.5 km from Ryazan.

Transport

Within the village there is a railway station Gaverdovo of the Moscow Railway. Also at the entrance to the village there is a bus stop, which goes to the Ryazan Prioksky bus station.
