Abdulwahed Bin Shabib began his career in the 1980s, establishing the Bin Shabib Group. The company initially focused on general trading and gradually expanded into other sectors, including real estate development, healthcare, and FMCG distribution.[2]

In September 2023, the Bin Shabib Group launched RALS Healthcare, opening its first clinic and pharmacy at Bin Shabib Mall in Al Qusais, Dubai. The initiative aims to establish nine healthcare facilities across Dubai within 12 months, focusing on multispecialty outpatient care and diagnostic services.[3]

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the group diversified its operations further by introducing private label FMCG brands such as India House and Levant Garden. This expansion addressed supply chain disruptions and growing demand for essential goods.[1]
