selfreference - infinity loop

{{Help}} Hi! I have noticed, that this category revers itself, making infinite depth of category structure, loops. I have made it, but

1. I do see how... Propable by the reference example to my userbox template, but there is the "category=no".
2. What is the best way to resolve this?

I do not need you to resolve that, let me do it myself, just advice me, teach me.

Btw: is there any bot checking for these selfreference loops?
