Location: Nashville (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

As the Senior Director of Data and Analytics, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection, integration, governance, and utilization of data across our healthcare organization. Your expertise in AI, ML, data management, analytics, and technology will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making and improving patient care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data, integration and analytics strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
• Establish and maintain data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security
• Lead the design and implementation of data collection, integration, and storage systems to support efficient and accurate data management processes
• Lead a team of data professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to foster their professional growth and ensure the successful execution of data and analytics initiatives

Qualifications:

• Well versed experience in AI, ML, data management, analytics, data governance
