This role will be on a highly visible team, fully dedicated to the success of our client, L’Oréal. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive measurement frameworks for national and commerce media plans.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing media strategy, audience engagement, and revenue generation.
  • Assist in development and maintenance of regular reporting and dashboards.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis as required to address specific business questions or challenges.
  • Work closely with stakeholders (Business division client, brand investment leads, etc.) to understand business objectives and translate them into measurable reporting requirements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media planning, activation, investment, finance, and data solutions teams, to align reporting efforts with overall business goals.
  • Present findings and insights to executive leadership in a clear and compelling manner, facilitating strategic discussions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external data providers to enhance the depth and breadth of insights.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Data Science).
  • 4 years of proven experience in media analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
  • 2 years of experience in a client-facing role being responsible for leading media reporting or analysis presentations.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.), and data manipulation languages (SQL, R, Python, etc.)
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with media industry trends, digital platforms, and audience behavior.


This is the pay range ($40,000-$100,000) the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
