Skills:
Make omelettes
Fried eggs (scrambled, Sunny Side, over easy, over medium, over hard, poached)
Cook meat (medium rare, medium well, well done)
Requirements:
Must have basic knowledge (experience preferred)
Must have weekend availability
Must be able to keep up with a quick pace and handle pressure
Comfortable working in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment
