Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our CFO's office and providing administrative and organizational support to the finance team. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for the CFO's office, including responding to calls, emails, and requests for information from internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the CFO's schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and coordinate materials and presentations for meetings, conferences, and other events attended by the CFO.
Assist with the preparation and tracking of budgets, financial reports, and other relevant documents.
Maintain and update confidential files and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Act as a liaison between the CFO and other departments, clients, and external partners to ensure timely and efficient communication.
Participate in meetings, take notes, and distribute meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders.
Manage and prioritize the CFO's inbox, responding to or forwarding emails as necessary.
Complete ad-hoc administrative duties and projects as assigned by the CFO.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role, preferably in a finance or technology company.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software and applications.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Proactive and able to work independently and in a team environment.
Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Salary: $26,000 to $38,000 yearly
