Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our CFO's office and providing administrative and organizational support to the finance team. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the CFO's office, including responding to calls, emails, and requests for information from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the CFO's schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and coordinate materials and presentations for meetings, conferences, and other events attended by the CFO.
  • Assist with the preparation and tracking of budgets, financial reports, and other relevant documents.
  • Maintain and update confidential files and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Act as a liaison between the CFO and other departments, clients, and external partners to ensure timely and efficient communication.
  • Participate in meetings, take notes, and distribute meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize the CFO's inbox, responding to or forwarding emails as necessary.
  • Complete ad-hoc administrative duties and projects as assigned by the CFO.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role, preferably in a finance or technology company.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software and applications.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Salary: $26,000 to $38,000 yearly
