About The Role
DNV's Energy Systems Energy Management group is seeking an Energy Efficiency Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the development, implementation, and management of energy efficiency programs. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a passion for sustainability and energy efficiency.
This position will be based out of our DNV office in Detroit, Michigan offering a hybrid schedule of three (3) days in the office and two (2) days working remotely.
What You'll Do
Provide technical support and guidance to program participants and stakeholders.
Ensure programs are in compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices.
Collect, analyze, and interpret energy usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide technical assistance to clients and project teams on energy efficiency technologies and solutions.
Stay current with advancements in energy efficiency technologies, policies, and industry trends.
Manage multiple energy efficiency projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored energy efficiency solutions.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
