Responsibilities
Foster and maintain relationships with Real Estate Investors and Developers to generate leads and referrals.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, actively pursuing new clients through diverse channels.
Collaborate with our support team to ensure seamless communication and efficient loan application processing.
Utilize our proprietary database of contacts and leads, maintaining meticulous records of interactions and outcomes.
Stay abreast of market trends, industry regulations, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.
Represent our organization with professionalism and integrity in all client and stakeholder interactions.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your mortgage banking and business development skills.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and growth opportunities.
