Our client, a recognized healthcare institution located in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Director of Business Analysis to join their team. Remote, but local candidates only.

The Director of Business Analysis is a newly created role with a staff of two that will directly support senior leadership with various strategic analysis, including market, business, operational, and financial.

Responsibilities:

The Director of Business Analysis will be responsible for:

• Overseeing business analysis services infrastructure design and development
• Supporting payer contracts negotiation and maintenance and pricing proposals development
• Overseeing processes development and controls implementation
• Developing financial models related to balance sheet outputs, income statements, and cash flow
• Creating and maintaining financial performance analysis and reports
• Developing marketing analysis
• Assisting with operational state solutions identification and development

Skills/Competencies:

The ideal Director of Business Analysis will possess these skills:

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
• 10 years healthcare analytics experience
• 5 years healthcare leadership support experience
• Experience with healthcare decision support system utilization or administration
• Epic experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
• Excellent communication skills
