THE ROLE

The Director of Business intelligence will spearhead our efforts in harnessing data to drive process automation and enhance supply chain/operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in transforming our operational capabilities, ensuring seamless supply chain operations, and optimizing business processes through advanced data analytics and intelligent automation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Insights and Analytics:

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve methodologies for data gathering and analysis.
• Define the strategy and roadmap to enhance the use of advanced analytics solutions, big data, and problem-solving tools to drive KPI improvements within the organization.
• Lead and direct the design and implementation of data analytics solutions to identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation throughout the supply chain.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for the design, selection, and implementation of Business Intelligence applications.
• Drive initiatives to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes, increasing efficiency and reducing operational costs.
• Utilize data-driven insights to drive business growth and transformation.
  
  

Strategic Recommendations:

• Collaborate with Supply Chain partners to design solutions that support revenue growth, customer service improvements and optimization of the supply chain network.
• Act as an internal thought leader in defining the metrics that matter and create a set of processes to compile and disseminate this information to internal and external stakeholders efficiently and understandably.
• Leverage external benchmarking and various datasets to determine and measure performance.
  
  

Technology & Tools

• Evaluate and implement the latest analytics tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the analytics function.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and apply them to improve business processes.
  
  

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging data to drive business transformation and operational excellence.
• Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
• Proficient in leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines effectively.
• Detail-oriented and capable of solving problems while managing multiple tasks.
• Performs with a sense of urgency and works independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and creative in problem-solving.
• Proactive and innovative, with a strong ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive impactful change.
• Ability to engage engineers and system architects across multiple platforms to implement business requirements for complex projects.
• Data integration experience linking disparate production systems to an ERP system. NetSuite experience a plus.
  
  

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 6 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain and Operations; CPG beverage experience highly preferred.
• 8 years of experience with business intelligence applications (Tableau, Power BI)
• Proficiency in data analytics and data management tools (SQL, Python, Snowflake, Databricks).

COMPENSATION: Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $130,000 - $150,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
