Overview

MODCo Media, a full-service media agency, is seeking the expertise of a Digital Marketing focused Media Insights Associate Director. In this position at MODCo, you will support client on boarding, strategic measurement planning and marketing reporting development that will help continue the expansion of our agency’s reporting & insights capabilities. Your goal is for you to manage a team of analysts to discover and help the media team discover data insights that lead to an integrated marketing strategy and provide Overall, empower the Modco Media Teams with access to data that fuels insights & action.

Responsibilities:

ANALTICS MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT

· Manage Analytics & Insights team to provide support to for our Client’s Analytic needs

· Collaborate with the Media team on Strategy and assess Client’s Data and what the Goals of the campaign are

· Provide pre-campaign support by working with Media team and Client to determine Data Strategy and Visual Design of Reporting or Dashboard needs

o Be able to provide an analysis of Clients Data and Goals to articulate how Media Teams should Implement campaign

· Assume lead role for all Dashboard (i.e Tableau, Google Analytics, DCM, AdWords and Social Data)

· Provide post campaign analysis on time and on Strategy

· Support all team’s campaign optimization across all media channels by conducting analysis and help to provide insights

· Develop training and educational resources including:

o Learning resources & training that support the improvement of reporting analysis through data story telling

o Supporting team members on reporting tools learning and operation

o Client facing guides to help empower them to utilize media reporting as self-service reporting and analysis

· Research Analytics and Media-related platforms to formulate in-depth POVs

o Keep abreast of current events, media trends and any technology or data solutions that could impact our Client’s business

· Be able to articulate clearly how Data and Insights are impacting Client’s goals

· Have a clear understanding of Media Strategy, Planning and Implementation across all Media Channels

TEAM LEADERSHIP

· Work directly with leadership to create a collaborative working environment

· Weekly Check-ins with Media Directors to provide insight into progress, timelines & roadblocks for designated and self-assigned projects

· Assist in networking, interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, developing, and evaluating team members

· Work with leadership to define and execute expansions and rollouts of our reporting & insights capabilities to support the agency’s analytics roadmap

Organizational Relationship: Position Reports to VP Media

Qualification & Skills: Bachelor degree in Marketing, preferred Masters

Discipline Specific Skills:

· 7 years of experience in the areas of marketing data analysis, marketing campaign strategy & implementation

· Solid track record of developing integrated marketing strategies

· Proven project management and presentation skills are required

· Excellent writing communication skills

· Experience using the following:

o BI Reporting Tools (i.e. Tableau, BIME, Power BI)

o Site analytics (i.e. Omniture, Google Analytics)

o Digital Ad Serving (i.e. DoubleClick, etc.)

· Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary Range: $115,000-130,000
