What We Are Looking For
Aldridge is seeking Field Engineers and Assistant Project Managers to join our dynamic and energetic team. This role will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure that a quality project is produced safely, on time, and within budget.

Aldridge is seeking Field Engineers and Assistant Project Managers to join our dynamic and energetic team. This role will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure that a quality project is produced safely, on time, and within budget.
What You’ll Do
Support essential project duties including:
- Promoting safe jobsites
- Pre-job planning
- Cost and labor tracking
- Document control (material submittals, RFIs, change orders, etc.)
- Procuring material and tools
- Coordination of subcontractors
- Contract compliance
We are pursuing entry-level candidates with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, other related major, or equivalent construction/Union trade background
- Internships or other relevant work experience
- Strong work ethic
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time
- Excellent communication
